The exhibition "Baikal Construction Week" has completed its work

Large-scale exhibition, which was attended by more than 100 companies of the construction industry, has completed its work. The event is located in the first pavilion of the exhibition complex, as well as in an open area. The exhibitors brought with them the most relevant and advanced technologies to the exhibition, visitors were invited to purchase new products and well-known brands. Here you could find everything you need for low-rise construction, from the property developers and materials to stylish additions to the decor.

In the Irkutsk region there are a variety of mechanisms and institutions in this area, which many do not know about. The speakers helped to figure out where to go, what documents and requirements are needed.

On the same day, an information seminar “Implementation of IMT modeling in the design of facilities and the building materials industry was held. Moscow colleagues also shared with their experience in developing this type of design.

On May 22nd , was held a seminar on the issues of scientific and technical support in the design of technically complex and unique structures, including facilities in the Irkutsk city. The seminar discussed the design of metal structures of buildings, modeling of wind effects on structures, seismic effects and issues of progressive collapse.

The next day, May 23rd , was held the final of the competition for the sketch development of the general development plan , taking into account current trends in the design of a comfortable and safe living environment of the land plot, located in the Irkutsk region along the Alexander Tract in the village of Parfenovka. The competition was attended by 4 projects that presented the most popular and comfortable conditions for the design of living space.

The exhibition was complemented by interesting entertainment program. From May 21st to May 23rd , as a part of the event, representatives of the World of Roofing and Facade company traditionally held a city battle between professionals, which should make a quality installation of the roof. The companies “BaikalDomStroy”, IP Kanovalov, IP Ilyinsky, Spirit and Mansard Master competed for the main prize. Natalya Shatskikh, Commercial Director «World of Roof and Facade» LLC, noted: “At Sibexpocentre we hold a competition for the second year. This is very useful for the guests of the exhibition: they can see how to build houses correctly. Our independent jury oversees the stages of work that must be performed in the right technique. ”

For three days, representatives of « KG Stroy Sistemy» LLC demonstrated at a master class "wall without cracks" system, drywall constructions seams finishing by manual and mechanized application, Danogips product presentation and gluing the base with fiberglass using ready-made polymer putties. At the end of the event, certificates were awarded.

It is important to note that exhibitors very creatively decorated space that attracted the attention of many people. At the exhibition, it was possible to purchase panels for home decoration, brick of famous brands, building materials, facade products, lighting devices, paint, street and interroom doors, gates, furniture, cement, everything for garden decoration, seedlings and even a bath. The exhibition "Baikal Construction Week" was undoubtedly useful for specialists: were considered an important projects, raised a topical issues and found answers to all aroused questions. And company’s representatives gave to the visitors of exhibition the necessary advices, offered the best modern products and helped to solve a difficult and very sensitive topic - construction.
