‘Siberia food products’ exhibition will take place on April 27.

Annual event in the sphere of food and beverage 27th specialized ‘Siberia food products’ exhibition will be held from April 27 to 30 at the ‘Sibexpocentre’ exhibition complex.

The exhibition is aimed to demonstrate new trends of the development of food industry, promote the saturation of the regional market with high-quality food products and introduction of advanced technologies in the production of food, packaging and commercial equipment. To all the citizens exhibition is big and ‘tasty’ holiday, which is held annually at the ‘Sibexpocentre’.

In anticipation of the Easter and May holidays, every visitor will be able to purchase products to the holiday table. Exhibition will be complemented by interesting entertain program, which will bring you good mood. At the fair, everyone will be able to attend not only a concert program and workshops, but also round tables on industry topics, as well as take part in competitions and tastings.

On April 27 at 12:30 there will be opening ceremony of the exhibition at the stage of ‘Sibexpocentre’. All the visitors will become participants of a real festival. There will be a concert program dedicated to the opening of ‘Siberian food products’ and regional event ‘Products of Angara region’. The festival will feature the largest organizations and individual entrepreneurs who have received the right to use the ‘Products of Angara region’ trademark. Among them are a group of enterprises ‘Yanta’, LLC ‘Sayanskiy broiler’, agricultural enterprises ‘Belorechenskoye’ JSC, ‘Karavay’ JSC and others.

In addition to the main program, visitors will be able to participate workshop ‘Wildflowers for food’on April 28. On April 29, visitors will have a chance to participate workshop ‘Dishes for lunch for 20 minutes’ organized by ICook studio.

We also invite everybody to visit business program of the exhibition, which will be filled with interesting reports. On April 28 there will be a round table ‘Development of harvesting and processing of food forest resources’, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Irkutsk region, and the presentation ‘Organization and holding of the All-Russian Competition of the Program ‘100 best goods of Russia’in 2021. On the April 29, a round table ‘Labeling of dairy products’ will take place. The topic of round table has become especially relevant this year. The organizer of the round table is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Irkutsk Region.
