An authoritative annual event in the field of food and beverages 25-th 'Siberian food products' will be held on April 23-26 in Sibexpocentre.

On the eve of Easter and May holidays all the days of the exhibition visitors can buy products for the holiday table. Moreover, guests of the exhibition will have a good opportunity to visit bright programme, which will undoubtedly raise the festive mood. At the fair, everyone will be able to visit not only the concerts and workshops but also the sale of food products and participate in competitions and tastings.

Traditionally, the largest organizations and individual entrepreneurs who have received the right to use the trademark 'Products of the Angara region' will take part in the exhibition. Among them LLC 'Sayan broiler', JSC 'Belorechenskoe', Usolsky Children's and Medical Nutrition Enterprise 'Vita', Children's Dairy Kitchen of the Irkutsk Food and Beverage Municipal Unitary Enterprise Branch, Irkutsk Bakery 'Karavai' and others.

The opening ceremony of the 'Siberian food products' exhibition will be held at 12.00 on the stage of Sibexpocentre.

On this day, guests will enjoy a real holiday - the regional event 'Products of the Angara region', which will be held by the Ministry of agriculture of the Irkutsk region. There will be a festive programme, which will last from lunch to the evening. The event will help to improve the image and competitiveness of local producers, to stimulate the development of high-quality food products from local agricultural raw materials, to provide high-quality domestic food products to the consumer market.

In the framework of the 'Products of the Angara region' event, culinary Studio 'Anette' together with the Sibexpocentre organizes a workshop with the participation of restaurants of the city of Irkutsk. The most important feature of the event is a demonstration of delicious dishes that will be prepared by chefs from the products of local producers.

The business program of the exhibition will also be full of relevant topics. The Ministry of agriculture of the Irkutsk region and the Consumer market and licensing Service of the Irkutsk region will hold two round tables for specialists within the framework of the business programme. They will talk about the implementation of the HACCP system in food and processing plants. They will also evaluate the development of the field of harvesting and processing of wild food raw materials and medicinal plants.

On April 24, the Ministry of agriculture of the Irkutsk region, the Consumer market and licensing Service of the Irkutsk region together with the Chamber of Commerce and industry of Eastern Siberia, the Irkutsk centre for Standardization, Metrology and certification, Sibexpocentre will hold a tasting contest 'Irkutsk novelty'. New high-quality products, with a high-quality of packaging and design, will be present at the event. The results will be announced on April 26 at the stage.

On April 24, the enterprises of the food and processing industry with the support of the Ministry of agriculture of the Irkutsk region will hold a round table 'Proper nutrition from local producers' in the conference hall. At 2 o`clock the editorial board of 'Komsomolskaya Pravda' newspaper will hold an interactive 'Raskolbas' with tasting of meat and sausage products from local producers.

Entertaining programme for visitors will be held on April 25. On this day there will be a competition of cheese producers and Easter celebrations.
