The anniversary exhibition "Agricultiral week" will bring together the largest regional manufacturers at «Sibexpocentre»
On October 22nd , the 25th exhibition of agricultural products, equipment and food "Agricultiral week" will be open. The event will bring together the largest manufacturers of the Irkutsk region and the other regions of Russia. The opening ceremony of the exhibition will take place in the exhibition complex of the first pavilion on October 22nd at 12 o’clock.
About 100 enterprises will take part in the exhibition, who will present their products from Irkutsk and the surrounding areas: Ust-Ilimsk, Usolye-Sibirsky, Bratsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul, Krasnodar, Moscow, and other cities of Russia, as well as from Mongolia. At the exhibition you can see the products of such large companies as:« Usolsky pig farm », Group of enterprises "Yanta", PJSC SC "Belorechenskoye",« Sayan broiler », CJSC Irkutsk Bakery, JSC "Karavai",JSC "Agrofirm" Angara ", LLC "Primorsky confectioner" and many others.
Some companies will present their equipment at the event. For example, “Grain Systems of Siberia” LLC (Krasnoyarsk) will demonstrate universal SVM grain dryers capacity of 5 to 200 t / h, the whole complex of grain cleaning equipment (including photo separators), silos for grain storage of domestic and foreign producers. Agro-Master Krasnoyarsk LLC will present Ziegler rapeseed tables for all types of reapers, including Russian-made. An organization from Irkutsk will also be represented –"Oblagrosnab" CJSC, which presents equipment for livestock: dryers, rakes, sprayers and slaughter shops.
Every day of the exhibition will be saturated by a rich business program:
· On October 22nd, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Irkutsk Region, together with the Union of Rural Women, will organize a meeting on the theme “Peasant dynasties of the Baikal region - the connection of times”.
· In addition, on October 23rd, the Ministry of Agriculture will hold three round tables on promising areas of the crop industry and their implementation in the Irkutsk region, financial and economic policy in the agricultural sector of the Irkutsk region for 2020, as well as modern technologies for promoting products.
· October 24th will also host three round tables organized by the Ministry. At the first, they will talk about livestock breeding in the Irkutsk region, at the second they will discuss the organization and holding of the 20th Anniversary Exhibition “Garden. Kailyard. Country House ", which will be held in 2020, and at the third round table, the speakers will consider at what level is the development of beekeeping in the Irkutsk region. Also, on this day will be held an extended meeting of the regional Council for agribusiness, education.
Exciting events will be held on the stage of «Sibexpocentre» (in the second pavilion). So, on October 22nd at 2.30 p.m. «Anetti» Culinary Studio will present a master class on cooking dishes from local productsand on October 23 at 11.00 a master class will be held from the Usolsky pig-breeding complex on the boning of pork carcasses. Traditionally, the «Komsomolskaya Pravda» Publishing House will hold the fifth Baikal Dumplings festival, which will be held on October 23rd at 14.00. The competition will be a tasting of dumplings from local manufacturers, and winners in different categories will be determined. As usual, the festival will not happen without a championship on dumplings high-speed eating.
Also, according to a good tradition, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Irkutsk Region, the Consumer Market and Licensing Service of the Irkutsk Region, the Union of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eastern Siberia, Irkutsk Territorial Administration of Rospotrebnadzor, Federal State Institution "Irkutsk Center for Standardization, Metrology and Certification" and «Sibexpocentre» OJSC in the small hall of the first pavilion organize "Irkutsk Brand" tasting contest. October 24th at the second pavilion in the framework of the national project "Culture" with support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation the “Taste of Baikal” festival, organized by the publication “SM-Number One”, will be held, in the framework of which presentations and tastings of local dishes will take place.
All the days of the exhibition, anyone can visit the agricultural production fair “Harvest Angara area”. On the shelves, guests can find meat products, fish, nuts, honey, oriental sweets, seasoning, confectionery, mushrooms, canned preparations, dairy products, vegetables and much more.
