The ‘World of Style and Beauty’ exhibition was opened in Sibexpocentre

On November 15 in Sibexpocentre the traditional and well-liked ‘World of Style and Beauty’ exhibition was opened. For the 11th time representatives of the industry of beauty from the whole country came together on the platform of the exhibition complex. For five days the first pavilion of Sibexpocentre became the unique place where it is possible to learn all the most topical trends in cosmetology, manicure and hairdressing art, gain new knowledge on grooming, buy various cosmetics, perfumery, tools for manicure and pedicure and many other things.

Opening of the exhibition began with welcome speech of Olesya Vasilchenko, Head of the Exhibitions’ Organisation Department of Sibexpocentre OJSC. She noted that every year the exhibition develops, new projects and participants appear in the programme. With their arrival, the event begins to play with new colors, surprise and delight the visitors and enhance the professionalism of its participants.

Natalya Zakharova, First Deputy Head of the Service of Consumer Market and Licensing of Irkutsk Region performed within the opening ceremony:

— It is one of the most beautiful exhibitions which takes place in Sibexpocentre. It is no secret that today it is fashionable and prestigious to be beautiful, and people with pleasure pay attention to their appearance. Therefore it is remarkable that there is such an interactive platform where masters can exchange the professional experience, improve the skill and level of provided services. Within the exhibition the highly topical programme with a set of seminars, master classes and other events is planned. It is a very good school of excellence. I want to wish professional development and a lot of good clients to all participants, among whom I see many young masters, and I wish the consumer market of Irkutsk Region and the market of studios and beauty salons will develop — Natalya Zakharova said. 

Also Oksana Kolesnichenko, Creator and Organiser of the ‘BROW FEST professional’ International Championship and the Conference for eyebrow and microblading masters performed at the opening ceremony. She said that on November 16, the selection round for the Siberian Federal District will take place within the exhibition, the winners of which will take part in the finals of the ‘BROW FEST professional’ Championship in Krasnodar in 2018. And on November 17 in the second pavilion there will be a Conference for eyebrow and microblading masters, at which speakers from Irkutsk, Ust-Ilimsk, Krasnodar, Moscow and Kaluga will present the most current trends, introduce the masters with their own proprietary technologies.

Anna Nakhodkina, Deputy Director of the educational part of the School of Nail Design of Ekaterina Miroshnichenko told about one more event:

— I consider that visit of such event as the ‘World of Style and Beauty’ exhibition is very important for professionals of any industry. It is a huge contribution to a bank of your knowledge therefore we want to congratulate in return once again everyone and invite both beginners and experienced masters of the nail-industry to take part in Nail-battle which will pass with assistance of our school.

In general, on the first day of the exhibition for the visitors, 40 master classes were held on relevant trends ofnail design, modern techniques of manicure and pedicure, popular cosmetology procedures, hair braiding and hair pigmentation techniques. In addition on the scenic platform the ‘Possibilities of modern cosmetology, how to avoid complications and side effects from procedures’ lecture was held. Julia Mikhina, Doctor Dermatocosmetologist, Head of the Department of the ‘Microsurgery’ cosmetology centre told in detail about the most popular procedures of injecting cosmetology, about what effect they help to achieve and how to behave before, during and after the procedure in order to maintain the maximum effect and avoid complications.

All the following days of the exhibition for visitors and participants there will be a highly topical programme, within which master classes, presentations, show- demonstrations, consultations, drawings of prizes and gifts will be held.

On November 17 on the scenic platform of the first pavilion of Sibexpocentre there will be master classes of men and female hairstyles from classical forms to the embodiment of the creative ideas from the OLLIN Company. The professionalism will be shown by the master of the international class Georgiy Zhukov, Founder and the Creative Director of the Georgiy Zhukov Education training educational project for hairdressers, the numerous finalist of Russian Hairdressing Awards.

Right after that there will be the ‘Mineral miracle! A modern look at makeup’ master class. The event will be held by Aleksandra Kristoforova, Make-Up Artist of freshMinerals mineral cosmetics, founder of the Make Up GURU Academy.
