Be in time for visiting the ‘Realty Fair. Mortgages. Loans’ exhibition and getting a favorable offer
On October 17, the specialised ‘Realty Fair. Mortgages. Loans’ exhibition began its work. The best specialists and developers of the city of Irkutsk and other regions came together on the platform of Sibexpocentre Exhibition Complex. They prepared attractive offers for real estate purchase for all visitors of the exhibition, as well as interesting and useful lectures and seminars.
On the scenic platform of the first pavilion the opening ceremony of the exhibition took place where welcome speech was made by Alexander Kurbatov, First Deputy Minister of the Property Relations of Irkutsk Region:
I want to traditionally congratulate everyone on the holiday - the beginning of work of the ‘Realty Fair. Mortgages. Loans’ exhibition. There are strongest players here, on the platform. We hope that every participant will find the buyer, and buyers will find the real estate objects, apartments, individual houses. The business programme of the exhibition is very saturated. I suggest everyone to visit round tables where they can exchange their opinions.

On the opening day of the exhibition, informative, and most importantly, useful conferences and seminars took place, where speakers communicated with the audience in the form of a dialogue, found out what issues most of all concern experts and guests of the exhibition. Representatives of the Baikal representative office of the Russian guild of managers and developers were among the first to hold their conference. Specialists from the city of Irkutsk and Novosibirsk - Ingosstrakh, Beeline, Gazprombank, CRM Realtyruler, as well as business coach Yana Varshavskaya were invited to it. On the topic of the conference – ‘Useful Products and Tools for Builders and Developers’ speakers made presentations on increasing customer loyalty through insurance, how the CRM programme is structured, its opportunities and tasks, what is useful and interesting in the geoanalytics system, what is it necessary to know about brokerage service and individual investment accounts for employees, as well as success in creation of effective sales department.
In addition to the conference, one of the key events of the business programme became the ‘Mortgage lending, mortgage refinancing’ seminar. The dialogue was interesting not only to visitors, but also to specialists in the field of real estate and banking. At the lecture Natalia Dronyaeva, Mortgage Broker of the Academy of Sciences Century 21 told about what a mortgage is, noted what conditions can be advantageous, explained the possibilities and features of mortgage lending, and also specified the pros and cons of refinancing.
One more training on the ‘Preparing and conducting presentations for a client. Signing of an exclusive contract’ for agents of the city was carried out by Roman Semyonov, General Director of Century 21 real-estate agency. He managed to interest all guests of the seminar, to attach to discussion of one of the most important subjects of this direction and also to share wide experience and to give a practical advice all attendee. Roman Semyonov revealed all the nuances of questions about which practically each specialist realtor knows: proper preparation for a meeting, employee’s business card, behavior with clients, imbalance which can arise at meetings, goals which are important for setting correctly and also what questions need to be asked at a meeting and what are not necessary. About all this and many other things the speaker told in details, giving concrete examples and opened a set of secrets which are important for signing of the treasured contract, thereby turned from banal subjects into exclusive.
The exhibition will run until Saturday, and everyone will be able to take from it not only important information on consultations and seminars, but also to receive favorable offers from large builders on purchase of the real estate and also to discuss conditions of mortgage lending with representatives of the largest banks of Irkutsk.
