We are actively preparing for XXVI specialized exhibition “SIBERIANFOOD. PACKAGING. EQUIPMENT ”, which will be held from April 22nd to April 25th , 2020.

The event is an effective platform for promotion of high-quality food and drinks, the introduction of highly efficient food production technologies using environmentally friendly raw materials in the regional market.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Irkutsk Region is actively supporting enterprises in our region, creating new comfortable conditions and offering special programs for its development and growth. In May this year, the Minister of Agriculture, Ilya Sumarokov, noted that «the Ministry of Agriculture of Irkutsk Region had developed a program to support food and processing industry for 2019–2024. For the first time at of regional budget funds expense, enterprises will be compensated for modernization and technical re-equipment of existing facilities, the organization of new industries for processing of agricultural raw materials and food production.»

The Ministry included to the list of necessary equipment: baking, packaging equipment. Equipment for washing, cleaning, shredding vegetables, vacuum packers, drying equipment and much more. The list also included several items of equipment for processing wild plants, which is especially relevant and important for our region.

So, exhibition “Siberian Food. Packaging. Equipment ”provides an opportunity to discuss important issues and projects of the year that are relevant for this area, and also demonstrates the turnover of not only regional and Russian manufacturers, but also representatives of foreign countries.
