The specialized exhibition «Siberian Healthcare. Dentistry.» came to the end. Summing up, it can be noted that the event became useful not only to a specialists who managed to purchase the necessary materials, equipment, attend conferences, attend product presentations, but also to a residents of the city. Indeed, thanks to the specialists, the exhibition guests had a good opportunity to check their health and get advice.
More than 40 exhibitors managed to present their products and services at the Sibexpocenter site, which cannot but speak of the success of the exhibition. The activities of the representatives were heterogeneous: pharmaceuticals, the supply of medical equipment for dental clinics, supplies, hearing aids, insurance services, natural cosmetics, training events for doctors, the production of medicines and cosmetics, implantation, ophthalmological assistance to the population, and many others. Each participant came to the exhibition with their exclusive products and presented it to both medical specialists and guests of the event. Some exhibitors managed not only to talk about their product, but also to show in practice how it works.
Based on a results of a survey of participants, it can be noted that the exhibition "Siberian Health. Dentistry ” has become quite effective in promoting exhibitors' products, brand recognition, as well as in acquiring new business relationships. So, the regional manager of ARKOM LLC Valentina Bolshakova (St. Petersburg) noted:
I want to say that we have been participating in the exhibition annually since 2004. Why are we doing this? The exhibition is very interesting for us, because not only doctors from Irkutsk, but also from the Irkutsk region come here. Here at the exhibition, we manage to expand business contacts, and this event takes place. Doctors come who are really interested in this area, who want to develop themselves, thanks to a new technologies, modern and exclusive consumables, as well as the most advanced equipment. Traditionally, health centers (Ministry of Health of the Irkutsk Region) conducted their work at the exhibition. Anyone can get expert advice to stop smoking, measure blood pressure, and identify risk factors for cardiovascular disease, get information on the prevention of diseases and the formation of healthy lifestyles, make an ultrasound of the sinuses of the nose, consult a dermatovenerologist, visit the health school “For patients with diabetes mellitus” and “Prevention of cardiovascular disease”, also talk with a cosmetologist and trichologist, measure intraocular pressure and attend workshops on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Nordic walking. Also on this day, mobile complexes worked: guests of the exhibition could be tested for HIV infection, undergo mammography, fluorography, ultrasound of the thyroid gland, as well as consult with an endocrinologist and an oncologist.
If we talk about the business program, we can note the holding of two interregional scientific and practical conferences organized by «Ignesco» LLC. The first conference was devoted to urgent problems of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in neurological practice, the second one - current issues of oncology, modern diagnostic and drug treatment options for malignant tumors, in particular, breast cancer.
At the closing ceremony of the exhibition, a gold star was awarded to DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE POPULATION OF THE COMMITTEE ON SOCIAL POLICY AND CULTURE OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF IRKUTSK, LLC "BLIK-TRADE", LLC "MED-VEDI", LLC IMPLANTMEDООО "Regional diversified medical centers BEHALF St. Luke" etc. Silver medal were awarded LLC "MEDTORG", LLC "AESTHETICS DENT", VISION CENTER "MICROSURGERY" etc.
